These terms cover your use of the Edacity website and the digital products and resources we sell through it. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
This site is run by Edacity Ltd, registered in England & Wales under company number 09380627, with registered office at 76 Arden Way, Market Harborough, Leicestershire LE16 7DD. Contact: contact@edacity.org.
You may use this site for your own lawful, personal or professional purposes. Please don’t misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights.
All content on this site and in our books, toolkits and resources — text, designs, templates and graphics — is owned by Edacity Ltd or Barry Taylor, or used under licence, and is protected by copyright. When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own teaching or, where bought as a school licence, within the buying organisation.
Unless we say otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, publish or share our paid resources outside your licence. Some templates in our packs are produced with AI assistance, and some strategies are reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0 where stated.
Because our products are digital and available immediately, your statutory right to cancel may not apply once you’ve started the download — but we want you to be happy with what you buy. We don’t usually offer refunds on digital downloads, but if something’s wrong or not as described, email us within 14 days and we’ll put it right. Refunds, where agreed, are processed through Lemon Squeezy. For school and organisation licences, refund terms are as set out in your order or agreement.
A whole-school or trust licence covers use by staff within the buying organisation for the licence period. It does not permit sharing our resources with other schools or outside the organisation. Specific terms are confirmed in your order or invoice.
Bookings for INSET, workshops, coaching, mentoring or speaking are arranged separately and governed by the specific terms we agree with you for that work, not by these website terms.
Our content is educational and shared in good faith to help teachers, leaders and schools. It is general information, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice, and it isn’t a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. References to official guidance (such as DfE rules or inspection frameworks) describe our understanding at the time of writing; always check the current official source.
We don’t limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your use of the site. These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
